Cabo Pulmo – One of my favorite regions of Baja. I created this piece in my early Baja days from the gorgeous colors of the water, the amazing variety of fish and the turquoise leather couch in the first house we rented there. Thread on fabric.

This ferocious guy is one of a set of 6 I have stitched over the years while on vacation in Baja. We haven’t seen any Lionfish in Baja and that is a good thing. They are invasive and tend to drive out the locals. Great colors though. Thread on fabric.
